Had a nice 50 something minute workout, thanks to Bentley napping. It was sweaty and wonderful.

The numbers are in…

I lost 5 inches overall on the areas I measured last month compared to this month. 1.5 off hips 1.5 off waist 1 off left thigh .75 off right bicep 0 change on my left calf .25 off my neck

This makes me really happy! I am thinking I didn’t lose any from my calf because of all my walking!! I have big calves even when I am at my thinnest.

Walk on the treadmill. Feeling great, and going to take my month measurements in the morning. I hope I see results there. I am down 11 lbs in 4 wks, so I def should see results.

today. Felt wonderful.

Unfortunately the rest of the day was super heavy.

Bentley is teething again, one top one came through; the other is trying. So, I have had quite a fussy, sad boy today.

The house is a fucking mess, and no matter how much I try, it just stays that way. I get no help in that area… ever.

My parents and I want to get a house together, but it’s quite the challenge, when my husband doesn’t want to voice his opinion til it’s just him and myself… Then he says opposite of what he told my parents…

Then we have the fact that apparently he has issues with my dad.. which really bothers me. There’s not much changing that though… sooo.. yea… fucked there.

And last we got in a huge fight over all of it and a lil something I left out… I don’t even want to look at him. I am frustrated and angry. And very hurt.

Minutes on the treadmill today. I love having the treadmill here! I feel great!!

Three wonderful miles walked on my treadmill today. I feel really great!!

So excited!!

I should have the treadmill by next week!! Yay! Once I have it here, the weight should just melt off! I used to live on that thing. I am so happy to be getting it finally.

Forgot….

I lost 5.2 lbs last week!! I am so happy to be back on track. :)
